SERVICE DESCRIPTIONS

We're big on efficiency and systems here, which is why we set all our clients up with HubDoc for receipt management. We cover this fee for you and if we ever part ways, we transfer all ownership to you if you so choose!

We handle your bank feeds, match and record transactions, and keep your records audit-proof with your receipts and invoices. Our focus is on ensuring your data is accurate and reliable.

We don’t cap transaction counts, because we know launches, bookings, and big brand deals don’t happen on a set schedule. Every six months, we’ll check in on your pricing to make sure it still matches the value we’re providing (and the level you’re playing at). As your business evolves, we evolve with it.

We never want you to feel like you can’t reach out with a question or just talk something through, communication is always included. If it turns into deeper analysis or research outside the usual scope, we’ll just let you know before billing anything extra. No surprise invoices. No weird vibes.

If you’re paying rent, attorneys, or other contractors through your business, you might need to send out 1099s. We’ll help figure out who needs one and take care of the filing so it’s off your plate.
