A monthly bookkeeping support membership that operates on a "Done With You" (DWY) basis, designed for small business owners who want to actively learn and manage their business finances. You'll receive personalized guidance and support from Beyond the Ledger’s team of experts. Think of it as your essential monthly book club meeting, ensuring you stay on track with your bookkeeping tasks and gain the confidence to manage your finances effectively.

Study Hall

>Study Hall: Monthly co-working meetings the first Wednesday of every month to finish out your books and go over any questions. We will allow you to pre-submit questions to go over during Study Hall. Have a screen share you don’t want to share with the group? We can always go into a breakout room in Zoom.

>Cheat Sheet: If you need, we will give you a personalized Chart of Accounts. This your foundation to complete and comprehensible books.

>Student Newspaper: Monthly newsletter with important updates and deadlines.

>Cliff’s Notes: Pre-recorded and live trainings (we add something each month!)

  • Discounted DFY (done for you) bookkeeping rates if you need help cleaning up or catching up your books.

  • $297 set-up fee (normally $397) if needed. We will start your bookkeeping software for you and make sure it is optimized for your success.

Study Hall + Tutoring

>Tutoring : Each quarter, you'll receive a personalized 1:1 Diagnosis Check-in with an account manager from Beyond the Ledger. Two weeks ahead of time you will have completed your books, then they will evaluate your completed books and provide recommendations during your session to ensure your finances are in top shape. Any recommendations or training will be recorded and provided to you for reference as long as you are a member of Book Club.

  • We understand that budgeting is important and every penny counts in your business. This membership was designed to be budget-friendly. Say goodbye to waiting until you're ready to spend $500 a month on DFY (done-for-you) services. Also, these services are tax deductible!

  • Not at all. This dedicated time ensures accountability and helps you get your bookkeeping done without months of delays and hours of catching up.

    Make sure to attend our calls—just one hour a month to close out your books and address any questions.

    Our program and support can cut your bookkeeping time in half!

  • We've got you covered! In addition to our monthly calls and video content, you can always book additional Office Hours. A 1:1 sessions with one of our professional bookkeeper. We're here to ensure you feel confident and supported every step of the way. If you have specific questions or need extra help, don't hesitate to reach out. Our goal is to provide you with all the resources and guidance you need to succeed.

  • We will be giving the discounted rate until the end of August 2024.

  • You can end your membership at any time, but due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds. To ensure your cancellation is processed smoothly, please email us at support@btledger.com at least 7 days before your next month's charge.
